By downloading, accessing, or using MapCheck Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MapCheck Pro for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable store policies.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account in MapCheck Pro.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt MapCheck Pro
- Do not misuse APIs, quotas, or other users' data
- Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
MapCheck Pro, including its branding, UI, and content (excluding your user content), remains the property of Entegrasyon Bilişim or its licensors.
6. Disclaimers
MapCheck Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entegrasyon Bilişim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MapCheck Pro.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MapCheck Pro if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Application and request account deletion at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms for MapCheck Pro. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
