These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NexCard, provided by Entegrasyon Bilişim.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using NexCard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NexCard for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable store policies.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account in NexCard.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt NexCard
- Do not misuse APIs, quotas, or other users' data
- Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
NexCard, including its branding, UI, and content (excluding your user content), remains the property of Entegrasyon Bilişim or its licensors.
6. Disclaimers
NexCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entegrasyon Bilişim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NexCard.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to NexCard if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Application and request account deletion at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms for NexCard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
